And so we fly,
Up and over the world we call our own.
There are people and animals,
Trees and fields, and many things pleasant.
And here we are, so high above.
Looking down and smiling.
This is all ours. Yours and mine, together.
The world we call our own.
The people we love, the animals too.
The trees that give us shade and fruit, and clean the air we breathe.
And many more things pleasant.
This is the world we call our own.
There is love, and there is happiness.
There are you and me.
Our joy carrying us high above all we hoped we’d one day have.
We have enjoyed looking at what we wanted.
It is now time to descend, and be a part of what we wanted.
And so we walk this world.
You and me together.
Loving the people, the animals,
The trees and all things pleasant,
In this world we call our own.
I am happy now.
You are with me.
This world is ours together.
This world we call our own.
